DEF-CON-ONE: New Song Posted Online

December 22, 2009

DEF-CON-ONE, the Newcastle, England-based metal band featuring former VENOM drummer Antony "Antton" Lant (brother of VENOM frontman Conrad "Cronos" Lant),has uploaded an instrumental version of an as-yet-untitled new track on its MySpace page (currently the top song in the player). The song is said to be a "rough mix" which features a guest appearance on lead guitar by Mike Hickey (ex-VENOM, CARCASS, CATHEDRAL).

DEF-CON-ONE's 10-track CD, "Blood Soaks The Floor", is available from the band's MySpace page.

Antton quit VENOM in April 2009 "for various reasons." His last recorded output with the band, "Hell", was released in North America in September 2008 via Universal Music Enterprises.
