DEF LEPPARD Drummer Talks About 'Shape Shifter' Art Piece (Video)

A short video clip of DEF LEPPARD drummer Rick Allen talking about his art piece entitled "Shape Shifter", from his Electric Hand: Rhythm + Change collection, can be seen below.

"Shape Shifter" is an original work from Allen created entirely from rhythm. The performance documented in this work is the result of an extensive process that involved photography and graphic design. At completion, a limited number of "Shape Shifters" are available for purchase. Each of the available pieces is numbered and signed by Allen with all pieces in the series shipping worldwide.

There are a total of 15 different visual pieces within "Electric Hand: Rhythm + Change", all on canvas, and each large in size.

Allen is translating rhythm into a visual art medium through an extensive process involving drumbeat, light, photography, and graphic design.
