DEFTONES: Fall Tour Dates Announced

DEFTONES have announced the first dates as part of their upcoming fall club tour. They are as follows:

Sep. 28 - House of Blues - Los Angeles, CA
Sep. 29 - House of Blues - Los Angeles, CA
Sep. 30 - House Of Blues - Anaheim, CA
Oct. 01 - Somas - San Diego, CA
Oct. 03 - House Of Blues - Las Vegas, NV
Oct. 09 - Stubbs – Austin, TX
Oct. 10 - House Of Blues - New Orleans, LA
Oct. 11 - House Of Blues - New Orleans, LA

As previously reported, DEFTONES recently spent a month writing songs in Malibu, California and will start recording their fifth album with producer Bob Ezrin (KISS, JANE'S ADDICTION, PINK FLOYD) in early November.

In addition to the new DEFTONES CD, vocalist Chino Moreno is finishing work on the first album by his side project, TEAM SLEEP. A November release is expected, with a tour to follow in December.

DEFTONES' last album, 2003's "Deftones", debuted at No. 2 on The Billboard 200 chart with more than 167,000 copies sold during its first week of release.
