DEFTONES Visits KROQ: Audio Available

November 17, 2006

DEFTONES joined Kevin & Bean of KROQ FM in Los Angeles in studio to discuss their new album "Saturday Night Wrist" and the difficulties recording the effort. Listen to the six-minute interview at this location.

"Saturday Night Wrist" sold 76,000 copies in the United States during its first week of release to land at position No. 10 on The Billboard 200 chart.

DEFTONES began work on the disc with PINK FLOYD, ALICE COOPER and JANE'S ADDICTION producer Bob Ezrin, but that relationship did not pan out and the band parted ways with Ezrin in the midst of recording.

"Saturday Night Wrist" follows DEFTONES' self-titled 2003 album and includes the new single "Hole in the Earth".
