DESTINY Set Release Date For Re-Recorded Version Of 'Beyond All Sense'

April 5, 2005

Long-running Swedish metallers DESTINY have set a May 11 release date for the re-recorded version of their debut album, "Beyond All Sense" (originally issued in 1985). Check out the cover art at this location.

Commented bassist Stefan Björnshög: "DESTINY is now confirmed for Motala Metal Festival on April 16. The rest of the line up is DISSECTION, LORD BELIAL, ARISE, ASTRAL DOORS and our good friends RAM. No more live dates are confirmed at this moment.

"We are still looking for a new guitarist replacing Niclas Granath. Anyone interested should contact the band through [email protected]

"At the moment Fredrik Olsson, formerly of LOST HORIZON, will continue to fill the spot in live situations but as he is concentrating on his new band THE HEED this will not be a permanent solution. By the way, THE HEED is also featuring former LOST HORIZON vocalist Daniel Heyman (who actually was the lead singer for DESTINY for a short period, playing three gigs, way back in 1994)."
