DESTRUCTION Guitar Stolen In Anaheim

German thrash legends DESTRUCTION have issued the following update:

"[Thursday] night (March 26) some retard stole Mike's [Sifringer] Dean guitar [see image below] out of the backstage area at the Chain Reaction club in Anaheim, California! Any information that will help us to find the thief and bring back the guitar will be rewarded with a DESTRUCTION backstage pass for life. VIP access to every DESTRUCTION show around the globe!"

DESTRUCTION is currently on the road in North America as part of the "D.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N. - 25 Years Of Total Destruction" tour with KRISIUN and MANTIC RITUAL.

DESTRUCTION recorded their concert on March 24 at the Key Club in West Holywood, California and are planning on taping their April 7 performance at the B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City for an upcoming live album, due on July 31. The band's Wacken Open Air festival (Germany) shows from 2004 and 2007 will also be included on the effort. "D.E.V.O.L.U.T.I.O.N.", the new album from DESTRUCTION, last year entered the Media Control chart in the band's home country at position No. 65. The CD was released on August 22, 2008 via AFM Records and features guest appearances by Gary Holt (EXODUS),Jeff Waters (ANNIHILATOR) and Vinnie Moore (UFO).
