DEVILLAC Adds New Guitarist

June 11, 2009

Finnish stoner rockers DEVILLAC have issued the following update:

"DEVILLAC is once again a five-piece as TRANSONIC SCIENCE guitarist Markus Bongardt joins the band. The recordings for the upcoming, yet-to-be-named album will begin later this summer and the addition of Markus to the DEVILLAC family is more than welcome. The already finished tunes are currently being arranged for two guitars and new stuff is in the making. The new album will hit the stores early 2010."

DEVILLAC's new CD will follows the group's well-received debut album, "Three Hours to Coma", which came out in November 2007. Songtitles set to appear on the new LP include "Cinamon Rider", "Shapeshifter", "Popeye", "Honeyuncle", "Burning the Midnight Foil" and "Nicotine".

According to DEVILLAC's official bio, "the story of the band goes way back and although DEVILLAC was founded in the summer of 2000, we have a history of playing together for over a decade, such bands as SUPERCRUISER and FUZZBENDER probably being the most successful ones."
