DEZPERADOZ: 'Yippie Ya Yeah! (More Than One Good Reason)' Video Released

April 8, 2012

"Yippie Ya Yeah! (More Than One Good Reason)", the new Lars Walkling-directed video from German western metallers DEZPERADOZ, can be seen below. The song comes off the band's fourth album, "Dead Man's Hand", which will be released on April 27 via Drakkar.

The brainchild of Alex Kraft (ONKEL TOM, SODOM),DEZPERADOZ is a unique crossover between heavy rock and western sound. Originally formed as a project under the name DESPERADOS and featuring Tom Angelripper (SODOM, ONKEL TOM) on vocals, DEZPERADOZ quickly evolved into a full-fledged band.

Kraft, who plays guitar, sings and writes all of DEZPERADOZ' music, and his bandmates "are filling a gap in the music world, by transfering the rough feeling of the old italo-western movies into today's world of rock/metal," according to a press release.
