DIAMOND HEAD To Play Italy Next April

November 29, 2007

According to a posting on the web site of the Italian booking and promotions company Pigsty Concerti, NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal) legends DIAMOND HEAD will play three shows in Italy on April 11-13, 2008. More details will be announced soon.

DIAMOND HEAD is currently supporting THIN LIZZY on 14 dates of their UK tour.

The band's new album, "What's In Your Head?", was released on July 30. The CD was previously described by the band as "a powerful but varied collection of songs." The album includes the song "Reign Supreme", which is said to be "the heaviest track DIAMOND HEAD have recorded since 'Am I Evil?'"

Professionally filmed video footage of DIAMOND HEAD performing its new song "This Planet and Me" can be viewed below.
