DIECAST Embark On Co-Headlining Tour; Shoot New Video

January 24, 2005

Fresh off a highly successful U.S. tour with HATEBREED and AGNOSTIC FRONT, the dynamic Boston-based quintet DIECAST have embarked on a cross-country co-headlining trek with THE HOODS. The band also just shot a new video for "Rise and Oppose" with acclaimed director Kevin Leonard (HIMSA, TERROR, WALLS OF JERICHO); look for it to make its network debut late next month. The group will then head out on an extensive European tour with AGNOSTIC FRONT in February. A U.S. spring tour announcement will be made soon.

With new vocalist Paul Stoddard leading the charge, DIECAST are now "determined to prove to the world that they are one of the best of their genre, and will stop at nothing until that mission is accomplished," according to a press release. Their critically acclaimed new album, "Tearing Down Your Blue Skies", is "easily the group’s most diverse and commanding offering to date. Their progression is sure to please their devoted fanbase, and will also provide a wake up call to the unsuspecting masses."
