November 22, 2010

Los Angeles, California's 16 has seen the digital reissue of its "Blaze of Incompetence" (1997) album and the digital release of "The First Trimester", which includes the 1998 Scott Case collection of rare tracks that has been rearranged to include a cover of SLAYER's "At Dawn The Sleep". Additional information and audio previews can be heard via the "Blaze Of Incompetence" iTunes page and "The First Trimester" iTunes page.

16 will team up with UNSANE and BUZZOV*EN for a couple of Los Angeles shows.

16 has begun writing material for the follow-up "Bridges To Burn". This will be the band's first effort to feature new drummer Mateo Pinkerton (ex-BUZZOV*EN, CROM).

16's latest album, "Bridges To Burn", came out in January 2009.

Since forming in the early '90s, 16 has released a number of full-length albums and split releases. 16 has also toured the globe, sharing stages with SLAYER, NEUROSIS, GRIEF, MELVINS, UNSANE, MASTODON, HIS HERO IS GONE, BOTCH, and many more.
