DIMENSION F3H Part Ways With Singer

April 30, 2004

Norwegian metallers DIMENSION F3H have parted ways with vocalist Niclas "Nesmoht" Thomsen (ARCH NEMESIS, ex-EXTRUDE). Nesmoht's official statement on the matter is as follows:

"Yupp, I'm out of the band, folks. After my return from my grandmother's funeral in Denmark, [DIMENSION F3H mainman] Morfeus [LIMBONIC ART, IMMEMOREAL] paid me a visit to let me know that he had decided to take over the vocals in DIMENSION F3H from now on. This, of course, came as a total surprise to me as I thought we were doing fine, but the guys want to take the band in a more extreme direction and I guess they knew that even though I am able to 'sing' both black and death vocals fairly good, I wouldn't feel comfortable with it as it is not a genre I normally listen to.

"This is true, but I feel that the way it was done could have been better as I would have appreciated the chance to let Morfeus know if I was willing to give it a try or quit the band by my own will instead of being told like this after all this time together.

"Anyway, we are still friends and there are no hard feelings amongst us at this time but I have told Morfeus that they won't see me at any DIMENSION F3H shows in the nearest future hehe, that would probably be to emotional for me as I really have enjoyed my time in the band and will miss it a lot.

"I would like to thank the guys and you people out there for making these years so great and I hope to see you out there with my main band ARCH NEMESIS in the near future, we are completing our second album 'Of Mind And Fantasy' and are at the moment working hard to secure gigs for this year."
