Disabled ALICE COOPER Fan Denies Assault
June 16, 2009U.K.'s Metro.co.uk reports: A disabled heavy metal fan today denied assaulting a fellow fan at an ALICE COOPER gig and said he only acted out of self-defense.
Andrew Miller, who wears a prosthetic limb after losing part of his right leg in a motorcycle accident, is accused of attacking his victim at the concert at Southampton Guildhall after being asked to calm down.
But Miller, 46, told Southampton Crown Court that he only punched John Lynch, a service manager for disabled adults and children, to protect himself and stop himself from falling over a balcony.
