DISILLUSION: Drummer's Illness Forces Show Cancellations

Leipzig, Germany-based prog-death band DISILLUSION has been forced to cancel the following dates after drummer Jens Maluschka was taken ill:

Feb. 23 – Oeventrop, GER @ Winternachtstraum Festival
Feb. 24 – Reichelsheim, GER @ Havanna Club
Mar. 23 – Rüsselsheim, GER @ Das Rind

Jens recently quit DISILLUSION but has agreed to play with the band through their April 13 appearance at Scheddelspalter in Leipzig. A replacement drummer has not yet been announced.

DISILLUSION's latest album, "Gloria", was released in October via Metal Blade Records. It is the follow-up to the group's full-length debut, "Back to Times of Splendor", which came out in April 2004.
