DISTURBED Frontman Selling Northridge House

According to the San Fernando Valley Blog, DISTURBED and DEVICE frontman David Draiman is a selling a single-story home in Northridge, California for $649,950. Built in 1961, the house, which first hit the market on June 4, has 6 bedrooms and 2.75 bathrooms on 2,952 square feet on a total lot size of 0.28 acres.

Draiman purchased this home for $565,000 on July 14, 2010. At the time, the house was foreclosed and in need of renovation.

**UPDATE** According to Draiman, the house in question was "an investment property" and not his home.

Other properties that Draiman has reportedly owned include a Wicker Park home in the Chicago area (between 2005 to 2009, most recently listed for $645,000); another Northridge home in the Sherwood Forest area which he purchased on December 23, 2005 for $2,535,000 and sold for $2,580,000 on November 16, 2007 after originally listing it for $2,949,000 on July 3, 2007; and a house in Sherman Oaks, which was purchased on December 5, 2003 for $1,180,000 and sold on December 15, 2006 for $1,525,000.

Draiman currently resides in Austin, Texas with his wife, Japanese-American model, actress and wrestler Lena Yada. The couple are expecting their first child.
