DIVINITY Laying Down Guitar Solos For New Album; Video Available

July 15, 2009

Video footage of Sacha Laskow and James Duncan of Calgary, Alberta, Canada-based metallers DIVINITY laying down guitar solos for the band's new album can be viewed below.

DIVINITY recently launched a blog dubbed "Broke Bands ". The group said, "We thought it would be a good idea to provide some information for other bands while we documented our own journey on recording the new [DIVINITY] album.

"With dwindling financial resources for musicians in today's world, the drive to create has remained undiminished for many. Fortunately using the very same technology that de-valued music so much we are also able to create and distribute professional recordings on a much smaller budget than before.

"Hopefully a community can be built where musicians and engineers can help each other out and provide a resource to keep progressing metal."

DIVINITY's most recent album "Allegory", was released in March 2008 via Nuclear Blast Records.
