DOMAIN: 'Stardawn' Guest Appearances Detailed

June 8, 2006

German melodic metal band DOMAIN will release their new album, "Stardawn", on October 20 via Limb Music Products. "While some of the songs are already beyond the mixing process, others received a special treatment by a special crowd," the band write in a press release. "Tarek Maghary (MAJESTY),Val Halla Jr. (IRON MASK) and Connie Andreszka (CIRCLE OF PAIN) showed their appreciation for DOMAIN's musical work and got together as the 'Stardawner Boys Choir' contributing their skills with backing vocals for the tracks 'Crystal Stone Island', 'Temple Of The Earth' and 'Headfirst Into Desaster'. Furthermore, Michael Voss (CASANOVA) [appears] on backing vocals for 'Help Me Through The Storm' and for a — yet secret — cover version of an old Eighties hit. Last, but surely not least ... Famous keyboard wizard Ferdy Doernberg (ULI JON ROTH, AXEL RUDI PELL) contributed a furious guest solo for the track 'Crystal Stone Island'." A special limited-edition double-disc version of "Stardawn" will contain a bonus DVD of the band's 2005 tour of Korea: A "video diary"-style documentary, live shows, backstage material and a performance on Korea's biggest Saturday night TV show.
