DORO PESCH To Guest On KNAC.COM

September 16, 2009

German metal queen Doro Pesch will guest on DJ Will's KNAC.COM show "The Vault" this Saturday (September 19) at 12:00 p.m (noon) PST.

To listen to the show live via the Internet, visit www.knac.com.

Fan-filmed video footage of Doro Pesch's September 8, 2009 concert at the Blender Theater in New York City can be viewed below.

As previously reported, Pesch has been forced to postpone her previously announced shows in Arizona because they conflict with an "emergency meeting in New York which could not be changed due to its nature," according to a statement on her MySpace page.

The affected dates are as follows:

Sep. 18 - Tucson, AZ - The Rock
Sep. 19 - Mesa, AZ - U.B.'s

Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase.

According to the statement, Doro "will make these shows up at a later date and hopefully include additional shows in some of the cities [she was] unable to reach on this leg."

"Fear No Evil", the new album from Pesch, was made available in North America on June 2 via AFM/Dismanic/Ryko Distribution.

Released in Europe on January 30 via AFM Records, "Fear No Evil" entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 11. This was the highest chart entry for Doro in her home country in almost 20 years.
