DORO: Special Guest Stars Announced For WACKEN OPEN AIR Appearance

German hard rock singer Doro Pesch will be joined by Chris Cafferty (SAVATAGE),Udo Dirkschneider (U.D.O., ex-ACCEPT) and Blaze Bayley (BLAZE, ex-IRON MAIDEN) during a special performance with the Metal Classic Night Orchestra for a unique program of her best hits and other metal classics at this year's Wacken Open Air festival. Pesch will also reunite with her early band WARLOCK for a special reunion show at the festival, which is scheduled to take place August 5-8 in Wacken, Germany.

Doro is currently working with the Metal Classic Night Orchestra to finish her first album for AFM Records, entitled "Classic Diamonds". Tentatively due in September, the CD will contain reworked classics from Doro's 20-year career as well as several new songs which were specially composed for this project. An EP release will precede the album on August 9.
