DOWN: Vancouver, Milwaukee, Portland Dates Announced

According to Ticketmaster, DOWN — the acclaimed New Orleans band featuring CORROSION OF CONFORMITY guitarist/vocalist Pepper Keenan, drummer Jimmy Bower (EYEHATEGOD, SUPERJOINT RITUAL guitarist),bassist Rex Brown (ex-PANTERA),guitarist Kirk Windstein (CROWBAR),and vocalist Philip Anselmo (SUPERJOINT RITUAL, ex-PANTERA) — has scheduled "An Evening With…" concert at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada on October 4. Tickets go on sale this Friday, August 17. DOWN has also scheduled a show on October 11 at Eagles Club in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and a gig at Roseland Theater in Portland, Oregon on October 1. More shows are expected to be announced soon.

As previously reported, DOWN has officially set "III - Over the Under" as the title of its third album, the group's publicist has confirmed to BLABBERMOUTH.NET. The CD is scheduled for release on September 25 through the Independent Label Group (ILG),which is composed of Warner Music Group Corp.'s Asylum Records, East West Records and Cordless Recordings. Producer Warren Riker (CROWBAR, SUBLIME) helmed the effort, for which the band composed more than 18 tracks.

DOWN is currently on the road in Australia as the support act for HEAVEN AND HELL.
