DOWNLORD: 'Loathe. Scorn. Detest.' Video Posted Online

April 25, 2006

Vocalist Dave Ingram of the Danish/British death metal act DOWNLORD has issued the following update:

"The three gigs [with BOLT THROWER] are done, and we're over the fucking moon with 'em! Our first live show was in our hometown of Copenhagen and the response was awesome! We're still getting mail and messages from people telling us how much they enjoyed our first steps into the live area, as well as BOLT THROWER's set. (Bloody great to see Karl back!) The next 2 shows, both in Sweden, were cool too. We made new friends and allies, and it's driven us to work even harder in the forthcoming months. Our plans are to begin recording again, plus to also keep ourselves on top with some more home shows here in Denmark."

In other news, DOWNLORD have uploaded a promo video for their song "Loathe. Scorn. Detest." , taken from their last demo disc (featuring ex-DIMMU BORGIR/PANERCHRIST drummer Reno Kiilerich). It can be viewed at this location. The band add: "These Quicktime MPEG movies may take a little time to download due to server use, but they WILL work!"
