DRAGONFORCE To Guest On WRUW's 'The Metal Meltdown' This Afternoon

DRAGONFORCE members Herman Li (guitar) and ZP Theart (vocals) will be appearing on "The Metal Meltdown" show on WRUW-FM 91.1 Cleveland with Dr. Metal this afternoon at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time. The show can be heard live and archived on the net at www.wruw.org, and questions for the band can be sent through www.metalmeltdown.com.

Li recently told MTV.com that his band are working on securing a spot on an American festival tour — like Sounds of the Underground or Gigantour 2. Although nothing has yet been officially confirmed, the web site of The Rave/Eagles Club in Milwaukee, WI is listingDRAGONFORCE as part of the Sounds of the Underground lineup that is scheduled to perform at the venue on August 4.

DRAGONFORCE played their first U.S. gig on April 30 at the New England Hardcore and Metal Festival. Remaining dates on the band's U.S. club tour include May 5 (Cleveland),May 6 (Chicago),May 8 (Denver),May 10 (San Francisco) and May 11 (West Hollywood, California),with PROTEST THE HERO and SANCTITY. Most of those shows have reportedly already sold out.

DRAGONFORCE's third album, "Inhuman Rampage", which was issued in Europe four months back, will receive a U.S. release n June 20 via Roadrunner Records.
