DREAM THEATER Guitarist To Release Solo CD Next Month

DREAM THEATER guitarist John Petrucci will release his new solo CD, "Suspended Animation", on March 1 via Favored Nations.

Regarding the musical direction of the album, veteran producer Kevin Shirley (IRON MAIDEN, DREAM THEATER) — who mixed the effort last summer — had previously said, "[it] is 64 minutes long, has no keyboards or vocals on it, and it rocks pretty hard. At times, it throws up Steve Morse, Gary Moore and Jeff Beck stylings and [John] really shreds on it!"
