DREAMLAND Announces New Drummer

February 8, 2008

Swedish metallers DREAMLAND have issued the following update:

"After some turbulence around the band the last couple of weeks, we are back on track and are happy to announce a new show in Borås, Sweden on March 29th (venue to be announced). We also like to welcome our new drummer Alexx to the band. Right now we have full focus on writing new songs for the upcoming album, But we promise you there will be a couple of more shows added to the calendar soon."

Fan-filmed video footage of DREAMLAND's October 10, 2007 acoustic performance at Rock City in Gothenburg, Sweden can be viewed below.

DREAMLAND recently saw both of their full-length albums released in the U.S. via Ryko Distribution / Locomotive / Dockyard 1.

"Eye for an Eye" was recorded at Joacim Cans' (HAMMERFALL) Moonshine Studio and Andy LaRocque's (KING DIAMOND) Los Angered Recording, where the album was also mixed. According to the group, the effort follows the melodic-yet-heavy style of their first release, "Future's Calling" (2005) "but [may] also surprise the listener here 'n' there."
