DUFF MCKAGAN'S LOADED Added To MTS ROCK ON THE RANGE CANADA

Additional bands have been announced for the third annual MTS Rock On The Range Canada, set to take place on Saturday, August 20 at Canad Inns Stadium in Winnipeg, Manitoba. THE SHEEPDOGS (recently lauded by Rolling Stone as "throwback guitar majesty from the Great White North" and billed as one of "The Great Eight" in the magazine's "Chose The Cover" competition) and DUFF MCKAGAN'S LOADED (touring in support of their newly released CD, "The Taking") join the stellar lineup for Canada's "Biggest Day of Rock."

As previously announced, MTS Rock On The Range Canada will also feature headliners ALICE IN CHAINS (marking their first headlining appearance in the province of Manitoba),EVANESCENCE (first live performance of the year),SUM 41, FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, VOLBEAT, HINDER, ANBERLIN and more.

MTS Rock On The Range Canada — presented by Right Arm Entertainment, Inc. and True North Sports & Entertainment Limited — will include 14 bands on two stages: the Monster Energy Main Stage and the Jägermeister Stage.

MTS Rock On The Range launched in 2009, following the success of the U.S. installment of Rock On The Range, the renowned festival which has annually drawn crowds in excess of 30,000 per day since its inception in 2007. MTS Rock On The Range continues to grow, with more than 15,000 in attendance in 2010.
