DUSKMACHINE Announces New Singer

September 10, 2007

DUSKMACHINE, the German thrash metal band featuring PRIMAL FEAR/ex-ANNIHILATOR drummer Randy Black and former ANNIHILATOR bassist Russell Bergquist, has announced the addition of singer Mirko Prietzsch to the group's ranks. "[Mirko] has a great voice and he also lives in our homebase Berlin," the band writes on its web site. "This will make it easy to work out a new live set with him so we can hit the stages again next year and also to work on new material."

In other news, DUSKMACHINE has completed "basic versions for seven new tracks" for the group's sophomore album, which is scheduled to be recorded in fall of 2008.

DUSKMACHINE's debut album, "The Final Fall", was released in November 2005 through Twilight in Germany.
