DYING FETUS: Films New Video, Unveils Media Player

February 28, 2007

DYING FETUS recently shot the first music video, for the track "Homicidal Retribution", from their upcoming album "War of Attrition". The video was lensed by director Frankie Nasso (MUDVAYNE, HATEBREED, ALL THAT REMAINS) and producer Kim Resteghini for Raging Nation Films (TRIVIUM, SHADOWS FALL, THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN, UNEARTH) at Philadelphia's historic Eastern State Penitentiary. The video's premise will be that of an accused man spending a lifetime in prison. Photos from the shoot can be viewed here. The "Homicidal Retribution" video is expected to see its world-premier sometime in March.

In other news, DYING FETUS has launched a media player for "War of Attrition" featuring "Homicidal Retribution" as well as the track "Fate of the Condemned" at this location.

DYING FETUS recently announced two headlining tours in support of "War of Attrition". The first tour will be the band's first return to Europe in two years and includes support from SKINLESS, CATTLE DECAPITATION and WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH for the "War of Attrition European Tour 2007". The second will be a three-week tour of Canada during June.

"War of Attrition" is set for a March 6 North American release via Relapse Records.
