DYSFIGURE Prepares To Release Debut Album

Martinsburg, West Virginia-based hardcore/extreme metal band DYSFIGURE will mark the release of its debut album, "In the Shadows of Deception", by playing two CD-release shows in July. The first concert will take place on Saturday, July 7 at the Bluestone Tavern in LaVale, Maryland. This will be followed by a hometown show on Friday, July 20 at Cookies in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

DYSFIGURE recorded "In the Shadows of Deception" in late 2006. The 11-track album features the thrash-influenced hardcore that has made the band a mosh-pit favorite throughout the East Coast/Mid-Atlantic region. The CD is being released in conjunction with independent label Syphrus Music.
