E-FORCE Confirmed For France's RAISMESFEST

E-FORCE, the band featuring former VOIVOD bassist/vocalist Eric Forrest, has been confirmed for the 2008 edition of RaismesFest, set to take place September 13-14 in Raismes, France.

The festival billing is shaping up as follows:

E-FORCE released its sophomore album, "Modified Poison", on February 22 via France's Thundering Records. The CD, which was recorded at a studio in Toulouse, France with producer Patrick Freidrich, includes collaborations with Alex Colin-Tocquaine of AGRESSOR as well as Tim and Kevin Guttierez of PROJECT: FAILING FLESH. Moreover, Eric has decided to re-record/cover a song from the unreleased VOIVOD 2001 demo as a tribute to late VOIVOD guitarist Denis "Piggy" D'Amour.

E-FORCE's debut album, "Evil Forces", was released in October 2003 via Season Of Mist Records.
