ELDRITCH Announce New Bass Player

June 25, 2004

Italian progressive-aggressive metal band ELDRITCH have announced the addition of bassist John Crystal to the band's ranks. Crystal joins the band as the replacement for Lisa Oliveiro, who decided to leave ELDRITCH to concentrate on her own band, ICYCORE. Commented singer Terence Holler: "Lisa gave us a great hand for the album but now she's back in ICYCORE. We didn't want to disturb her career further! They are a fantastic band and we are great friends even out of music. It was a pleasure for me to sing on their great debut 'Wetwired'. There's no envy between us (and any other band in the world!!!!)!"

ELDRITCH have just released their fifth album, "Portrait Of The Abyss Within", through Limb Music Products.
