ELITIST Announces New Singer

Southern California metal outfit ELITIST has posted a montage of studio footage from the band's recent "Earth" EP recording sessions. The clip, which can be viewed below, also serves as an introduction of ELITIST's new vocalist, Alex DeHeart.

Commented Alex: "I am very happy to be part of the ELITIST family. I've been looking for a band that revolves around hard work, a passion for the music they're creating, and a solid foundation of good people. I'm a firm believer in the music we created and I'm excited to see all the ELITIST fans reaction to the new stuff."

ELITIST will release the "Earth" EP on October 25 via Blkheart Group.

Regarding ELITIST's split with previous singer, Jacob Katz, the band said, "Jake is a talented guy and we would have loved for him to stay but his work schedule wouldn't allow for enough time for the band. We're all still great buddies [and] he will definitely be doing guest vocals at our shows!"
