June 14, 2007

Metal Injection has posted live footage of EMPEROR's June 1, 2007 performance at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill in New York City. Watch two songs from the band's brutal set on the site's video-on-demand section, Overdose. Metal Injection has also posted the first episode in its new series, "The King of Metal", starring comedian Dave Hill, who promises to "rock the f*ck out of you without even trying." The clip immediately follows the EMPEROR footage.

Candlelight Records will re-release classic EMPEROR albums in limited-edition CD box sets on August 20. The packages will include a digipak CD with CD-ROM extras, a 48cm X 48cm double-sided poster with previously unseen photos, and an interview booklet. Each is limited to 5,000 worldwide. Pre-orders are being accepted at this location.
