ENCHANTYA Signs With MASSACRE RECORDS

March 21, 2012

Portugal-based gothic progressive metallers ENCHANTYA have inked a deal with Massacre Records. The band's debut album, "Dark Rising", will be released on September 28. The CD was recorded by Fernando Matias (MOONSPELL, BIZARRA LOCOMOTIVA, GWYDION, WE ARE THE DAMNED) at The Pentagon Audio Manufacturers Studios.

ENCHANTYA was formed back in 2004 when Rute Fevereiro decided to pause her musical career with BLACK WIDOWS. In the summer of 2005, they recorded their first demo, "Moonlighting The Dreamer", and despite lineup changes, garnered a number of positiive reviews, played many memorable concerts and made a few TV appearances.

In 2007, ENCHANTYA won first place at the inaugural edition of the "Bandas Procuram-se" competition in Portugal.

ENCHANTYA is:

Rute Fevereiro - Vocals
Nuno Seven - Guitar
MP - Bass
João Paulo Monteiro - Drums
Bruno Prates - Guitar
