END OF GREEN Signs With NAPALM RECORDS

March 5, 2012

South German dark rockers END OF GREEN have signed a worldwide deal with Napalm Records. The band previously spent a decade with Silverdust Records.

Commented END OF GREEN guitarist Michael "Sad Sir" Setzer: "When Silverdust informed us that they were calling it quits with the label, we agreed to reach out with our antennas to search for new possibilites. I think Napalm Records fits like a glove. They are independent, they care about music, and I think they know what we're about. And when you call them or text them, they know that you are signed to the label. That's rare, nowadays."

END OF GREEN’s follow-up to "High Hopes In Low Places" is expected to see the light of day "sometime in the summer of 2013." Sad Sir said, "We're not in a hurry. Right now we're celebrating our 20th anniversary with the '20 Years Of Self-Destruction' [tour]. After that, it's time to kick off the next twenty."

"High Hopes In Low Places" entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 17. Released in August 2010 through Silverdust Records, the LP was recorded at Munich's Weltraumstudios with producer Corni Bartels.
