ENEMY IS US Part Ways With Drummer, Seek Replacement

April 25, 2006

ENEMY IS US, the Swedish death/thrash metal band featuring former DARKANE and current F.K.Ü./SEETHINGS singer Lawrence Mackrory on bass/vocals, have parted ways with their drummer Magnus Ingels. The group are now looking at recruiting a new drummer to join their ranks and are urging all interested parties to get in contact through the "Contact" section of their web site.

Commented the band: "The following three criteria must be met: 1. Amazing drummer 2. Amazing drummer 3. Amazing drummer. But if you're dedicated, have a good sense of humour, like to drink beer, or just plain old fun to hang out with... we'll be able to settle for 'great drummer.' Only drummers in or around Uppsala/Stockholm need apply."

Auditions will be held in Uppsala, Sweden.

ENEMY IS US are putting the finishing touches on their as-yet untitled follow-up to their debut album, "We Have Seen The Enemy... And The Enemy Is Us", which was partly recorded at Dug-Out Studios with producer/engineer Daniel Bergstrand (MESHUGGAH, IN FLAMES, SOILWORK, DARKANE).
