ENGORGED Hard At Work On New Album

Portland, Oregon-based speed/thrash metal band is ENGORGED has issued the following update:

"ENGORGED are currently at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean working on their all-new LP 'The House Of Cthulhu', set to be released in late 2008 on Parasitic Records! Also in the works is an all-new ENGORGED seven-inch tribute to Robert E. Howard on Witch House Records! And don't forget, the remastered special edition 2-in-1 re-release of 'Where Monsters Dwell' / 'Death Metal Attack 2' on Kitchen Vomit Records featuring all-new artwork by Dennis Dread.

Since its debut in 1997, ENGORGED has shared the stage with such acts as OBITUARY, MALEVOLENT CREATION, PUNGENT STENCH, IMPALED, CEPHALIC CARNAGE, SIX FEET UNDER and PHOBIA. The group has also released three full-length albums — 1999's "Death Metal Attack 2" (Razorback Records),2001's "Engorged" (Century Media/Necropolis) and the most recent CD, 2004's "Where Monsters Dwell" (Razorback Records).
