Fan-filmed video footage of the Finnish folk-influenced melodic death metal act ENSIFERUM performing on October 16, 2008 at Le Medley in Montreal, Quebec, Canada can be viewed below (clip uploaded by "klimbo666").

In other news, ENSIFERUM has issued the following statement:

"Unfortunately, ENSIFERUM have been forced to cancel this show supporting GWAR. The band will not be able to make it from the last date of the AMON AMARTH tour in Virginia to the first date of the GWAR tour in Urbana, IL on October 22nd in time. The show will still take place without ENSIFERUM. The rest of the shows supporting GWAR will still take place."

ENSIFERUM's latest album, "Victory Songs", was released in the UK on April 7 via Spinefarm Records. This special UK version of the record comes complete with the bonus EP "Dragonheads" — a six-song, 26-minute CD recorded by the Finnish outfit in 2006.
