ENSLAVED Confirmed For Germany's PARTY.SAN OPEN AIR Festival

October 10, 2005

Norwegian extreme metallers ENSLAVED have been confirmed for the 2006 installment of the Party.San Open Air festival, set to take place August 10-12 in Bad Berka, Germany. Also scheduled to perform at the festival are ROTTEN SOUND, ILLDISPOSED and AKRIVAL. More confirmations will be announced soon.

In other news, ENSLAVED's "Return to Yggdrasill - Live in Bergen" live DVD entered the Norwegian music DVD sales chart at position No. 8 position during its first week of release. The DVD was recorded in Bergen during the Bergenfest fesitval in May 2005 and was produced by TEH Prod (ENSLAVED's "Isa" music video, several music videos for OCTAVIA SPERATI, AUDREY HORNE, BRIMSTON, etc.). It focuses mainly on "ISA" material, but also contains material from the albums "Frost", "Monumension" and "Below the Lights". In addition to the actual concert, the DVD includes the "ISA" music video, an interview with the band and a documentary from the European "ISA" tour 2005.

Also on the ENSLAVED front, the band's partnership with booking agent TikTak has been terminated. The group's new agent is Goldstar Music, who will handle booking for ENSLAVED in the Nordic countries. Work is being done to close a new deal for bookings outside the Nordic countries. ENSLAVED have also signed an exclusive management contract with TEH Prod.
