ENTER MY SILENCE Seek New Label Home

May 24, 2006

Finnish melodic deathsters ENTER MY SILENCE are label shopping — again. Just months after their long-awaited second album, "Coordinate: D1SA5T3R", was released by via JMT-Music, the label has suddenly called it a day, apparently due to some unreceived license payments from JMT's former business associates.

To the band this comes as a surprise, even though there was some warning signs. "It's fucked up, yes, but what can you do," guitarist Tuomas Jäppinen said in a statement. "We've had some label issues before, and looks like we now got two strikes in a row. We started expecting something like this over a month ago, when we suddenly couldn't get a hold of them anymore. Let's see how this all turns out, though one thing's for sure; this is not it. We're open for business."

To "celebrate" the occation, the band has posted three more full-length songs from "Coordinate: D1SA5T3R" on their web site at www.entermysilence.com. Their next live show is on July 1 at the Tuska Open Air festival in Helsinki.
