ENTOMBED, NILE, KORPIKLAANI, HORNA Interviewed At TUSKA; Video Available

August 12, 2008

René Ackermann of the UK's Contraband Candy has posted the first part of her report from the eleventh annual edition of the Tuska open-air festival, which was held June 27-29 at the Kaisaniemi park in Helsinki, Finland. A description of the 30-minute clip, which can be viewed below, reads as follows:

"You really don't want to miss René and Nico from ENTOMBED discussing what would make a cool female metal band, which beers get you up and dancing and the low self-esteem of Swedish musicians! We chat to beer-soaked forest dwelling folk-metallers KORPIKLAANI, plus major league guitar legend Karl Sanders of NILE talks about guitars, Elizabeth Taylor, his new side project and being 'Ithyphallic.' Yes, you ALMOST know what that means, but let Karl tell you himself! And we visit the dark side with cult Finnish black metallers HORNA."
