EPICA Singer Performs With REVAMP At METAL FEMALE VOICES FEST; Video Available

EPICA singer Simone Simons joined REVAMP — the band fronted by former AFTER FOREVER vocalist Floor Jansen — on stage this past Saturday night (October 23) at the Metal Female Voices Fest in Wieze, Belgium to perform the REVAMP song "Sweet Curse".

EPICA's new single, "This Is The Time", was released digitally on October 15. A video for the song, which was written for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF),was filmed in March was in Hilversum, The Netherlands.

After the breakup of AFTER FOREVER, singer Floor Jansen decided she wanted to start over and present a new band to the public as soon as possible. To accomplish this, she joined forces with two additional songwriters to first compose, then record an album as REVAMP. A live band formed soon after the CD's completion, which got her back on stage where she belongs.
