October 10, 2009

German symphonic pagan metal band EQUILIBRIUM has uploaded video footage from last year's Heidenfest European tour, also featuring PRIMORDIAL, FINNTROLL, ELUVEITIE, CATAMENIA and MÅNEGARM. Watch the six-minute clip below.

Commented singer Helge Stang: "This clip is a gift [to] all metalheads who made our first tour to such a great experience to us! Thanks for 17 days of blood, sweat and metal. See you next time when we bash the shit even more!"

EQUILIBRIUM's second album, "Sagas", entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 30 back in July 2008.

An e-card for the CD is available at this location.

The album features a guest appearance by Ulrich Herkenhoff, who is said to be "one of the most famous pinpipe players and can be heard on the soundtrack of 'The Lord of the Rings - Return of the King'." "Sagas" also features a violin solo by Agnes Malich, deputy concertmaster of the Augsburg Philharmonic Orchestra.
