ESOTERIC Announces New Drummer, Seeks Third Guitarist

April 12, 2007

British doom metallers ESOTERIC have announced the addition of drummer Joe Fletcher to the group's ranks. After 18 months, the guys finally found someone suitably talented and disturbed to join them. ESOTERIC looks forward to working with him both live and in the studio.

Alongside this comes the news that ESOTERIC is looking for a third guitarist following the recent departure of Steve Peters. Please not that ESOTERIC is based in the Birmingham area of the West Midlands, U.K., and that experience and dedication are essential. You can contact the band through thier MySpace page or [email protected].

ESOTERIC has nearly completed writing and arranging its fifth album. So far there are over 100 minutes of material and the band hopes to enter the studio in the next month or two, so you can expect a possible double album for a late 2007 release.

Finally, ESOTERIC will be returning to the live stage after an 18-month absence. The shows are as follows:

April 20 - Birmingham (UK) The Barfly (w/ ANAAL NATHRAKH, DEADWEIGHT)
June 08 - Luynes (FR) Le Korigan
June 09 - Paris (FR) La Locomotive (w/ PANTHEIST, IMINDAIN)
