EUROPE To Make A Comeback?

May 3, 2002

In an interview with the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet published on Tuesday, April 30th, ex-EUROPE guitarist John Norum (currently playing with DOKKEN) confirmed that all former members of the group are into doing a comeback album.

It would be a shame if we didn't do it before we get too old, Norum stated. There's an incredible chemistry between us.

As usual vocalist Joey Tempest, who has spent the last few years in Ireland, has the final say. He's working on a solo record. He's been doing that for the last five years. He can never make his mind up, laughed Norum.

When Tempest visits Stockholm, the former members of EUROPE meet socially, Norum told the newspaper. Sometimes we go out together and get sh.tfaced. You know, drink lots of beer
