EUROPE Vocalist: 'Our Hopes Are To Have A New Album Out Early Next Year'

May 24, 2005

EUROPE vocalist Joey Tempest recently spoke with "The Hairball John Radio Show" about the band's reunion tour and first studio disc in over a decade. Tempest also reflected on his personal highlights with EUROPE, favorite tracks, and the plans for a new studio album in 2006.

Said Tempest: "We've wrapped up a year of touring. We started in Sweden in May of last year and then we have done Scandinavia, Europe twice, Japan, America and now the U.K. We've done a lot of shows in a year and we are going to take a few months off, but we might do a few off gigs, like a festival here and there just to keep playing. Other than that we have started writing and our hope is to start recording a new album in the summer and autumn and hopefully get it out early next year."
