EVANESCENCE To Perform On 'The Tonight Show With Jay Leno'
February 22, 2007EVANESCENCE will be the musical guests on NBC-TV's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Tuesday, March 13. Check your local listings for time and station.
As previously reported, EVANESCENCE will perform on ABC-TV's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" on the March 14 episode (which will actually air the morning of March 15 beginning at 12:05 a.m.).
EVANESCENCE recently announced the second leg of U.S. dates on its world tour. The group, featuring Amy Lee (vocals, piano, keyboards),Terry Balsamo (guitar),John LeCompt (guitar),Rocky Gray (drums),and Tim McCord (bass),will perform 14 dates in arenas. The tour kicks off in Fresno, CA on March 16 and runs across the U.S. with the final show scheduled for April 5 in Glens Falls, NY. CHEVELLE and FINGER ELEVEN will join EVANESCENCE on this tour. EVANESCENCE is also planning a third U.S. leg which will bring the band to arenas in major markets in the late spring/early summer.
EVANESCENCE's latest album, "The Open Door", has sold 1.57 million copies in the United States since its October release.
