EVANESCENCE, VOIVOD First-Week Sales Numbers Revealed

Little Rock, Arkansas-based EVANESCENCE have shifted 141,765 copies of their major label debut, "Fallen", to land at position #7 on next week's Billboard 200 Pop Album chart. Meanwhile, VOIVOD's self-titled effort — the group's first to feature former METALLICA bassist Jason Newsted — sold 3,030 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen Soundscan.
