Ex-DIO Guitarist CRAIG GOLDY: New Audio Interview Available

Jason Wellwood of Hellbound.ca conducted an interview with guitarist Craig Goldy before Christmas about Craig's time in DIO, his memories of that first ill-fated DIO European tour as well as his collaborations with Doogie White, ROUGH CUTT, GUIFFRIA and his new band that he's working on with members of GREAT WHITE and more. According to Classic Rock magazine, Goldy has formed a new band with vocalist Chas West (BONHAM),bassist Sean McNabb (QUIET RIOT, GREAT WHITE) and drummer Gary Holland (GREAT WHITE).

"The idea is to put the rock star back into everyone's lives," explained Goldy, who is currently playing with BUDGIE. "So you've got four people who look great, are amazing at their craft and the music pierces your soul. And they're all good people. I think people miss that sort of thing."

Although the new project is currently unnamed, it is toying with the idea of calling itself 13TH FLOOR "because nobody ever likes to admit there is a 13th floor in a building!" said Goldy.
