Ex-FAITH NO MORE Bassist To Play Final Shows With HARMFUL

November 15, 2007

Former FAITH NO MORE bassist Billy Gould will play his final shows in November/December as the guitarist for the German heavy rock/noise trio HARMFUL. This is your last chance to see HARMFUL in support of the band's latest album, "7", before they take an indefinite break from recording and playing in 2008.

Commented singer Aren Emirze: "It was a great time having Bill in this band. Thanks to his wise attitude and musical talent, we learned a lot about ourselves, our music and improved for the future. Biggest respect that he jumped in the van without any allures, which is hard to find, especially when you think about his succesful time with FNM."

2008 should be a busy year for all parties, as Emirze is working on his second album under the name EMIRSIAN for release in 2008, and Gould is working on a film score for a film by Norwegian director Espen Jorgensen, entitled "The Sequential Art". However, they consider the door open for future collaborations.

Commented Gould: "Playing with HARMFUL been an excellent experience; it's given me new inspiration to start playing music again, and these guys have done a great job making me feel welcome in their band."
