Ex-MÖTLEY CRÜE Singer JOHN CORABI: 'Teach Your Children Well, Please'

Former MÖTLEY CRÜE singer John Corabi has issued the following update:

"I will be starting to record after the 10th of this month here in Nashville. I'm determined to finish my solo record sometime this decade. Hahaha. I guess I have a tendency to overthink myself to death. I'll break myself of that habit. But there will be some new music coming soon, and also some really good news on the book, but I'm going to hold off telling you that info until its concrete.

"BUT, now I have somethng to get off my chest...I saw something on the news today that really disturbed me. Did anybody see the show 'A.M.'??? They had a piece on there about a little girl, who did a essay for school about her father who was killed in the Iraq war. Well, apparently the essay winner got two tickets to go see HANNAH MONTANA.

"Now let me interject that I believe this was a 6-year-old??? I'm not sure, but that's what I thought I heard them say. Anyway, the girl writes an essay, with the help of her 'loving piece of shit' mother, wins the essay contest, and the Hannah tickets... Great story so far, right?! WRONG!!!! The mother helped the girl LIE about her father, who WASN'T KILLED nor did he even serve in Iraq. The mother's response was, 'I wanted my daughter to WIN!! I wanted my daughter to WIN those tickets.' As it turned out, the little girl was humiliated on NATIONAL TV, and the tickets were taken away from her for lying. So the kid winds up losing, and being hung out to dry. What kind of scar does this leave??

"That's what it's all about, gang… WINNING AT ALL COSTS!!!! Let's teach our kids to cheat, lie, steal, ANYTHING to get a leg up on the next guy...Take what you want, with no fucking consequence, or guilt. Don't work hard, honey, just fucking CHEAT!!!

"I have not been the greatest of human beings in my life. I HAVE made mistakes, but for fuck's sake, I fucking learned from them and continued on my journey, only to try harder the next time around. I will get everything I want, and I WILL get it, by doing the RIGHT THINGS and being fucking HONEST!!! I may take the 'long way around,' but I sure as shit sleep really fucking well at night.

"This was something that I just really thought was pathetic and downright shameful. What kind of a parent would intentionally instill that kind of behavior in a child? Now when I have kids, I'm going to teach them to do things the right way. You know, kill their friends for the tennis shoes, teach them the proper way to pistol-whip somebody, try to show them all the easy ways to make MONEY... Deal drugs, go into porn, learn the entire Kama Sutra guide, so they could just fuck their way to the top, teach them to hot wire a car... The list is endless!!!! I could go on for days. The point is, just like the song says gang… 'Teach your children well'... PLEASE!!!!!"
